  1. Daily consumption: 2-3 cups per day is safe for all blends.

  2. Short-term cycles: 4-6 weeks of continuous daily use per blend.

  3. Long-term cycles: Rotate blends or take 1-week breaks every 4–6 weeks.

  4. Pregnancy & breastfeeding: Stick to gentle herbs (Żubr Bliss, Pink Chai); avoid strong detoxing or hormonal herbs (Dandelion Chai, Żubr Brew, Yarrow, St John’s Wort) without medical guidance.

  5. Allergies: Check for Asteraceae family sensitivity (Chamomile, Calendula, Echinacea, St John’s Wort, Yarrow).

  6. Medication interactions: Particularly St John’s Wort (CYP450 inducer), blood-thinners, diuretics, contraceptive pills and antidiabetics.
